Make a Donation

Join our mission to reduce pet overpopulation and get animals out of shelters and into loving homes. Our programs depend on the generous support of donors. We simply can’t do it without you!

We put your support to work in many different ways to save the lives of animals. Donations allow us to:

• Provide low-cost spay/neuter services to prevent unwanted strays and keep pets out of shelters in the first place

• Rescue animals from euthanasia at other shelters

• Rehabilitate injured and ill animals that have suffered abuse or neglect

• Offer affordable vaccinations and routine care for pets in need

Your contribution to Animal Alliance of New Jersey, a 501c(3) organization, is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable under the law. Our tax ID is 77-0632827.

MATCHING GIFTS 

Many employers offer “Matching Gifts” to employees making charitable contributions. Send your company’s “Matching Gift” form to Animal Alliance when you make a contribution and we will fill out and send back to your employer for gift confirmation. PLANNED GIVING AND BEQUESTS

When planning your estate, consider leaving a legacy gift to Animal Alliance and ensure your commitment to animals will live on through Animal Alliance's rescue and rehabilitation, low-cost spay/neuter, and adoption programs. You can make a bequest in your will using Animal Alliance's EIN (Tax ID) Number: 77-0632827 and indicating the gift is for “Animal Alliance of Belle Mead” (our legal name), located in Lambertville, NJ. Individuals who wish to leave bequests and legacies to Animal Alliance should specify exactly their gift and intent in the necessary legal documents. IN-KIND DONATIONS: KEEP THEM FED, CLEAN AND HAPPY!

We are always in need of supplies to keep our center clean and our animals happy and well cared for. We now have donation bins in front of the building that will keep donations dry, therefore items can be dropped off any day and any time at our Adoption Center located at 1432 Route 179 North, Lambertville, NJ 08530.

What we need: 

• Canned Dog Food / any brand

• Canned Cat Food / any brand

• Dry Dog Food / any brand

• Dog Toys

• Laundry detergent (we prefer any kind that has a scent and masks odors)

• Bleach

• Linens (Towels, Blankets, Sheets, Comforters with poly-fill only — NO down comforters or we wil lave feathers all over the building).  No pillows or rugs

• Flea/Tick Preventative / any brand for both dogs and cats

We cannot accept or use:

• Pillows or rugs

• Down stuffed comforters

Get Involved: Host a Supply Drive!

Are you part of a youth group, 4H club, or community organization looking to make a positive impact? Hosting a supply drive for our animal shelter is a fun and meaningful way for your group to give back to the animals in need. By collecting much-needed items such as pet food, toys, blankets, and cleaning supplies, you’ll help ensure that every animal in our care has what they need to thrive. Whether you choose to host a one-day event or a month-long drive, your efforts will make a lasting difference.  Use the attached flyer & letter template or design your own! And when you drop off the collected items at the end of your drive, we’ll take a group photo with some adoptable pups!

DONATE YOUR VEHICLE

You can now donate your vehicle as a way to support Animal Alliance of New Jersey through Charitable Adult Rides & Services (CARS). Donating is easy, the pick-up is free, and your gift is tax-deductible. Please visit their website for more information.
